My Story

Hi, I'm Tasha Losing!

I grew up in Eastern Montana on a ranch south of Terry, MT. My Grandma and Grandpa owned and ran the Lazy JD Bar in Fallon, MT, this is where my love for restaurants and cooking began. I started working for them as a dishwasher and eventually moved up to waiting tables and learning the family recipes while I cooked with my Grandmother.

In 2017 while I was working in the oilfield, with 8 days on and 6 days off I decided to open up a food truck while I was home. While I was starting up, my husband and I found out we were pregnant with our first baby. Luckily, with the help from my Mother and Mother-In-Law, I was able to continue booking events and continue my dream of serving families across Montana with T's Traveling Table all while raising a family.

Family, Community and reliability are the foundation of my company. At my own wedding, I had pre-ordered food and had a few friends offer to cook and cater for my wedding. They ended up not showing up so my family ended up cooking the entirety of meals last minute. When I decided to pursue my dream and open this business, my number one priority was to never leave a family in stress or panic at their special event as I know the gut-wrenching feeling. My catering services are known for their "family meal" feel and taste, reliability and consistency, which is exactly all I could ever have dreamed of.
